MEET BRIAN

MEET BRIAN

At the age of 16, I was 109 pounds, severely malnourished and in desperate need of change. Under the guidance of a dietician, I was told not only to increase my weight through healthy eating habits, but was also told to see a personal trainer. Working with a trainer, I was taught and educated on how to exercise safely and properly in order to meet a healthy weight. At 18, when I graduate high school, I was a proud 135 pounds. A

massive improvement from the past years. This is when I really discovered my love and passion for health and fitness. I thought that if I can go through the struggles of reaching my goa, then perhaps I can help others do the same. And thus began my long journey as a Personal Trainer.

I began discussing what I had learned throughout the last couple years begin with my trainer to friends and family, and over time began training them. Sure enough, they got the results they wanted, and began referring their friends and family to me. I couldn’t get enough. Hearing someone say to me how I’ve helped their self-esteem, confidence, or even improved their marriage and social life were good enough reasons for me to never want to pursues any other career.

I graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2010 with a BS in Business Management with the intention of growing my Personal Training business. I am currently certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as being CPR and AED certified.
